As for me I say NO to WebRing.com and NO to TopicCraze.com
Seriously folks when WebRing.com decided to charge members and managers (see the details on the WebRing.com site), many members and managers left or gave up their memberships in many rings and as for the managers they gave up many of their rings.
Me thinks the big grand plan Tim Killeen had backfired some what and left WebRing.com in about the same shape if not worse then when bad ol' Yahoo! did a hash of of it.
Many rings remain in 'carers' hands under many different system IDs.
My guess is the rings have been sorted in some kind of order but I found a look see over at TopicCraze interesting in that I found two rings I created over there with my original descriptions.
